What You Need to Know

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for all guests, please review the important information below. Whether you're planning your visit, checking our booking policies, or looking for lodge amenities, you’ll find everything you need in the sections below.

Booking Information

  • Rates include bed, breakfast, and dinner. For further information, please contact the Ullr Ski Lodge Booking Office.
  • Minimum stay of two (2) nights.
  • All prices include GST.
  • All rates are on a twin share basis.
  • Single occupancy requests attract a 40% surcharge.
  • Payment Terms:
    • 50% payment due upon invoice receipt to confirm booking.
    • Balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival date.
    • All bookings remain tentative until 50% payment is received.

Reservations

Accommodation

  • Children under 2 years stay at no charge.
  • All rooms have en-suite facilities.
  • Linen and towels provided. Members and guests must remove used linen and towels at the end of their stay and place them in the designated area.

Dining & Dietary Requirements

  • Meals are served at specific times as advised by the Lodge Managers.
  • Please notify of allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking.
  • For special dietary needs, contact the Lodge Managers at least one week prior to arrival.

Membership & Rates

  • Annual Subscription Fee must be paid before booking to access Member rates.
  • For summer room rates, please contact the Booking Office.

Club Policies & Etiquette

  • Ullr Ski Lodge is a family-friendly club, not a hotel.
  • Lodge Managers have full discretion on health, safety, and guest comfort matters.
  • All guests must behave respectfully towards Lodge Managers, staff, and fellow guests.
  • Parents are responsible for supervising their children at all times.
  • Common areas are for quiet enjoyment—noisy or disruptive behavior should be controlled.
  • There is no television in the lodge.
  • Wi-Fi is available for guests.
  • Guests whose behavior is deemed unacceptable may have bookings canceled and future accommodation requests refused.

COVID-19 Policy

  • Bookings affected by COVID-19 travel restrictions/Public Health Orders are 100% refundable upon request.
  • Alternatively, guests may request accommodation credits or transfers (subject to availability).
  • For refund or credit requests, please contact the Booking Office.

Pre-Arrival Health Check

All visitors will be required to answer Covid-19 related questions as outlined below at the time of booking (which will be a condition of booking), three days before the booking, and upon arrival:

  • Have you or anyone you know been in contact with or been infected with COVID-19 and have not recovered and are clear of the infection (i.e., COVID negative)?
  • Have you returned from overseas immediately prior to visiting the Lodge and have not been through the required quarantine/isolation period and have not tested negative for COVID-19?
  • Are you subject to a quarantine notice, self-isolation notice, or similar?
  • Have you or may you have been in contact with a known infected person and have not tested negative for COVID-19 after the expiration of the incubation period (nominally 14 days)?
  • Are you unwell and/or showing symptoms of COVID-19 and have not tested negative or those test results are not yet available?

Parents will be responsible for answering these questions on behalf of their dependent children or others in their care.

Commitment to Safe Practice

Will you commit to the safe practice criteria outlined below during your stay at UllR Ski Lodge?

  • Guests will be required to fill in names, addresses, and contact details for all members and guests, including children.
  • Guest temperatures will be taken (by thermal scanner) when they arrive at the lodge and may be taken at periodic times during their stay.

Changes to Lodge Operations

Where the lodge has more than 8 people, there will be two (2) meal sittings for breakfast and dinner (unless these people are all from the same household).

  • Evening meals will be reduced to two courses to allow for two sittings (regardless of numbers of guests).
  • Beverages will be ordered online (via text or email) by midday before the evening meal to ensure that they are taken from the cellar in time.
  • All children (under 14) will eat before the main meal.

The following rules will apply:

  • There will only be 8 people allowed in the lounge/dining area at any one time, which will be managed on a last-in-first-out basis.
  • There will only be 3 people allowed in the mezzanine lounge area at any one time, which will be managed on a last-in-first-out basis.
  • Guests that are not in either the dining/lounge or mezzanine areas will be required to stay in their room or stay out of the lodge.
 
Saturday night will be a guest-free night to allow the lodge to be fully cleaned and ready for new guests on Sunday afternoon. This situation may change as the season progresses.

Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests will be required to remove linen + garbage from their room on departure.
  • Guests will be required to bring their own pillow and additional blankets.

Booking Information

  • Booking preference will be given for bookings from Sunday to Saturday. Shorter bookings will be allocated as they fit around larger groups.
  • Booking preference will be given to managed groups (i.e., multiple families pre-organized and booking at the same time).

Refunds and Cancellations

Full refunds will be given if there is a resort closure due to Covid-19 prior to arrival. In all other instances, normal booking conditions will apply.

These measures are necessary for the adherence to Covid-19 protocols and the economic operation of the lodge. In addition to these changes, there are some new standard operating procedures as advised by NSW Health, which will be strictly adhered to. These are available on request.

Covid-19 Impacted Bookings

Bookings impacted by COVID-19 travel restrictions and/or Public Health Orders are 100% refundable upon request or alternatively, requests may be made for accommodation credits and/or transfers to other dates for use during 2021 or 2022 (subject to availability). PLEASE CONTACT THE BOOKING OFFICE FOR REFUND REQUESTS OR ACCOMMODATION CREDIT/TRANSFER REQUESTS.

Booking Cancellation Terms

  • Bookings cannot be transferred without prior approval from the Board.
  • Bookings cancelled within six (6) weeks of arrival date attract a $50 administration fee. The balance of the booking payment is refundable.
  • Bookings cancelled within less than six (6) weeks of arrival date are non-refundable. However, if a cancelled room is rebooked by another guest, the Board may consider issuing a partial refund at their discretion.
  • Requests for cancellations due to special circumstances will be considered by the Board on a case-by-case basis.
  1. Introduction
    1. Ullr Ski Lodge: ABN 976 624 417 („ULLR”) provides access to Ullr Free Wi-Fi Service subject to these terms and conditions.
    2. By accessing the Ullr Free Wi-Fi Service, You warrant that You have read, understand and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
    3. If You do not agree to the terms and conditions, You may not access the Ullr Free Wi-Fi Service.

  2. Access
    1. Ullr provides the Ullr Free Wi-Fi Service without any warranty or representations, express or implied, including, but not limited to, any warranty or representation in relating to the availability, continuity, operation, use or security of the Ullr Free Wi-Fi Service.
    2. Ullr reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to limit, restrict or suspend access to or the availability of, the Ullr Free Wi-Fi Service at any time for any reason (including for any maintenance).
    3. You acknowledge and agree that:
      • access to the Ullr Free Wi-Fi Service is at Your own risk;
      • the Ullr Free Wi-Fi Service is not supplied for the purpose of, and not suitable for supporting continuous, uninterrupted, error-free network connectivity, nor streaming of movies, music, live events and on-line gaming;
      • your access to the internet may be dropped at any time if your usage could impact other users;
      • the Ullr Free Wi-Fi Service provides unencrypted wireless access to the internet, and You are responsible for the security of Your devices and any transmissions made or received during Your access;
      • You are responsible for taking necessary security precautions to protect Your device against the risks of hacking, viruses, eavesdropping, and other hazards.
  3. Conditions of Access
    1. Your use of the Ullr Free Wi-Fi Service must not:
      • introduce any viruses, worms, Trojan horses, bots, time bombs, malicious software or any other computer programming routines that may damage, interfere with, or expropriate any system, data or personal information;
      • violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, antidiscrimination or false advertising);
      • be defamatory, libelous, threatening or harassing;
      • be obscene or contain child pornography and other explicit material;
      • infringe any third party’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights;
      • attempt to access any data or system which You are not authorized to access.
    2. The parents or guardians of minors using the Ullr Wi-Fi accept full responsibility and consequences for the actions of their children or wards in relation to complying with these terms and conditions.
  4. Content
    1. Ullr reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to:
      • bar access to the Ullr Free Wi-Fi Service to anyone who is deemed to be in breach of these terms and conditions, or is behaving in an inappropriate manner;
      • block access to any network protocols deemed inappropriate by Ullr or which may contravene these terms and conditions;
      • block access to any sites it considers inappropriate, including those that promote gambling, pornography, violence, terrorism, racial vilification, harassment, or any illegal activities.
  5. Investigation of Authorities
    1. Ullr reserves the right to act in any appropriate manner, including cooperating with authorities if illegal or unacceptable usage is suspected.
  6. Limitation of Liability
    1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ullr is not liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, arising from your access and use of the Ullr Free Wi-Fi Service.
  7. Alteration of Terms & Conditions
    1. Ullr reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time. Revised terms will be available on the Ullr website.
  8. Decisions Final
    1. Ullr’s decision relating to the Ullr Free Wi-Fi Service is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
